These Terms of Service and End-User Licence Agreement (the “Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and Stoneworks Games (“we”, “us”, “our”) governing your access to and use of the Bruzr game, its online services, and the website playbruzr.com. By installing, accessing or playing Bruzr, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the game.

1. Eligibility & platform terms

You must meet the minimum age required to hold an account on your platform (Epic Games, Steam, or a console network). The terms and policies of the platform and store you use also apply, in addition to these Terms.

2. Licence

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and play Bruzr for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

3. Restrictions

You agree not to:

  • copy, distribute, rent, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit the game except as expressly permitted;
  • reverse engineer, decompile or modify the game, except where such restriction is prohibited by law;
  • cheat, use hacks, bots, exploits or unauthorised third-party software, or circumvent anti-cheat or security measures;
  • disrupt the online services, other players’ sessions, or our network infrastructure.

4. Online conduct

Bruzr is a co-op game with shared lobbies and voice chat. When playing online you agree to behave respectfully and not to harass, threaten, or post hateful, abusive, illegal or otherwise objectionable content. We may suspend or terminate access for conduct that violates these Terms, and may remove offending content or names.

5. User content

You are responsible for content you provide (such as a chosen display name or character customisation). You must not provide content that infringes others’ rights or is unlawful, and you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use such content as needed to operate the game.

6. Ownership

Bruzr, including its code, art, characters, audio, trademarks and the “Bruzr” name and logo, is owned by Stoneworks Games and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms grant you no ownership in the game.

7. Purchases

Bruzr is sold as a one-time premium purchase through your chosen store. Payments, taxes, refunds and entitlements are handled by that store under its own terms and refund policy. Where applicable, statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

8. Pre-release content

Demos, betas, playtests and early builds are provided “as is”, may be unstable, and may change or be discontinued. Features shown before release are not guaranteed.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the game and online services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the game. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law, including your mandatory statutory rights as a consumer.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the online services if you breach these Terms. You may stop using the game at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability, governing law) will continue to apply.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of France, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules of your country of residence. Disputes are subject to the competent courts, subject to any consumer rights you may have to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where changes are material, take reasonable steps to notify you. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
